Vers 1

The day is hot and dusty too, hot winds don’t bring refreshment.
Your children, LORD, the cattle too are thursty, weak and mad:

Refrain

The noise of paradise must be the noise of water,
cause LORD, Your paradise, is place of peace and grace.
The faith that we one day will reach Your land of glory,
for us the only way to stand our life today!

Vers 2

But in our dreams tonight oh LORD, we hear fresh purling waters.
Feel bick’ring rain on our skin and try to slake our thurst.

Refrain

But when we wake up early LORD, the air is somewhat colder.
But still the water that we drink, is dirty and so rare!

Refrain
